I’d love to hear from you. If you’re curious about a private sound bath, planning a corporate wellness session, or have questions about community events and rehab/retirement center offerings, I’m here to help you craft a calming, memorable experience.
How can I help?
Find the softest frequency, your answer may be just below...
What is a sound bath?
A guided meditation followed by soothing waves of sound from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong. You rest (lying down or seated) while your nervous system unwinds. First-timer friendly.
Do I need experience?
Nope. Come as you are. I’ll guide you step-by-step.
What should I bring/wear?
When should I arrive?
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. Doors lock at start time to preserve the peace of the space.
Can I sit in a chair instead of lying down?
Yes. Chair set-ups are always welcome. Tell me at check-in and I’ll help you get comfy.
Is it loud?
It’s spacious and soothing—not blasting. If you’re sound-sensitive, choose a spot a bit farther from the bowls; I’m happy to help you find a good place.
Is it okay if I fall asleep?
Absolutely. Many people drift; your system still receives the benefits.
Pregnancy
Pregnant folks are welcome. Many prefer side-lying with extra bolsters. As always, listen to your body and consult your clinician if unsure.
Medical devices / conditions
If you have a pacemaker, sound sensitivity, severe tinnitus, epilepsy, or recent surgery, please check with your clinician first and let me know on arrival so we can position you comfortably.
Trauma-sensitive options
You’re in control: eyes open or closed, seated or lying down, and you’re welcome to step out at any time. Lighting and guidance stay gentle.
How do I book?
Head to Events and pick your date. Some events book through partner studios; others book directly on my site.
Refunds & transfers
Tickets are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to gift or transfer your spot to someone else.
Age guidance
Teens welcome with a guardian’s discretion. Little ones may find it hard to rest quietly—please use your judgment.
Do you teach public yoga?
Yes! Alongside soft, nurturing classes, I also teach playful vinyasa/power flow. See Weekly Schedule for times and studios.
Can beginners come?
Always. Classes are welcoming with options for every body.
Can I take photos or record?
Quiet photos before/after are okay. Please no recording during the session so everyone can fully rest.
Phones
Silence or airplane mode, please.
