Welcome to our Folsom & Sacramento community sound baths

• Start Time & Entry
  Sound baths begin promptly at the scheduled time. Doors are locked once the session begins to protect the energy and experience of all participants. Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled.
   
• Ticket Policy
  All sales are final. Please review event details carefully before booking. If you have questions or concerns, reach out to me directly prior to reserving your spot.
   
• What to Bring
  Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided at some venues but not all. Check event details carefully or contact me beforehand to confirm what’s available.
   
• Wellness & Care
  It’s recommended to drink plenty of water before and after a sound bath to support your body’s natural energy flow and integration of the experience.
