I grew up in a household filled with music, where my father, a musician and guitar builder, instilled in me a deep love for music from a young age. In 2001, I discovered yoga, and as my passion for the practice grew, so did my appreciation for the transformative power of music.
Attending numerous sound baths and workshops has inspired my journey into holistic wellness. Along the way, I've collected various instruments, including some handcrafted by my father, to share my passion for sound through deeply relaxing, meditative, and healing experiences for all.
As a dedicated student of yoga, I completed my 200-Hour YTT and Embodied Yin Immersion YTT in 2019. In my classes, I empower students to find their own edge, be fully present in their bodies, and honor their individual journeys. My teaching philosophy focuses on staying present in challenging poses, connecting to breath, and offering clear alignment cues in accessible yet transformative sequences. My goal is to create a space where students can cultivate inner peace, quiet their minds, and build confidence through conscious movement and breath awareness.
My Trainings:
200 Hour YTT - Leap Yoga with Stacy Whittingham and Gena Foreman in 2019
50 Hour Embodied Yin Training - Leap Yoga with James Kapicka in 2019
70+ Hours additional studies in yoga philosophy, alignment, theming and anatomy with Amy Ippolitti and the Vesselify school in 2020
Currently in the process of completing 300 Hour YTT with Janet Stone
